THE ADVANCED COMMANDO COMBAT SYSTEM
Combat Arts Perspective:
Combat Arts are of three types:
Traditional Martial arts have
traditional technique and are used in sport & Street fighting to overpower and injure the opponent.
Defensive Tactics are used by the Law Enforcement to control, subdue
& capture Law breakers without causing grevious injury.
Military Martial Arts -Unarmed Combat & Close Quarter arts have only one aim, to eliminate in the fastest &
simplest possible way. Period.
Definition:
ACCS is a Tactical Close Combat
system designed for use in commando close quarter battle situations and special operations.
ACCS is based on the teachings of the
Strategic War Doctrine Gen. Sun Tzu's "Art of War" It also derives inspiration from Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do and applies it to CQB Tactics.
The Basis:
For Close Quarter Operations, Special techniques must be developed
to replace older World War II methods.
CQB training must be specially designed to include modern methods in
Unarmed Combat, Reflex Shooting, Small Team Tactics
& Reality Simulation Exercises.
The Specifics:
Close Quarter Fighting Weapons -The Soldiers Rifle, Dagger / Bayonet &
his Seasoned Body.
CQB Situations like raid, ambush & hostage rescue and
The Soldiers Goal - to Kill, else be Killed.
ACCS Specialities:
ACCS is a close combat art with many applications adapted to wide spectrum
of situations from Special Operations
like Hostage Rescue, Room Intervention, Counter Hijack to Civilian Scenarios like Self Defense.
UCCA is Non Commercial:
ACCS is based
on Dr. Raos lifes work of training 15,000 Soldiers & Policemen over 15 years without compensation, as a SERVICE TO
THE NATION. In this process they have sacrificed a lot and had their share of troubles. Prof. Rao is half blind in one eye,
has dislocated his knees, slipped his disc, torn his kidney while Dr. Seema has suffered prolonged amnesia, vertebral spine
fracture, decided to give up motherhood and instead served her country. The couple have got shot at by antinational elements,
been caught in crossfire many times during training the Army in remote dangerous locations. But the Dr. couple say “Our
soldiers give their today for our tomorrow, lay down their lives to let us enjoy our freedom, without charging us a single
dime. We too shall do our part by giving back our commitment in modernization via our Selfless Service”
ACCS is a Situational Art
The commando needed to quicky and silently terminate,
handicap, cripple or immobilize his enemy, many a times in hostile terrain, like high altitude glacier, where air oxygen concentration is low, under water as in a diving operation, or in
the dense shrubs of the jungle or scorching heat of the desert.
ACCS IS A
COMPLETE MARTIAL ART including all aspects of Close Quarter Combat. Hand to Hand combat, Hand to Weapon combat or
Weapon to Weapon Combat may be involved and many a time the soldier may find himself at the wrong end of an firearm,
bayonet, or dagger.
He has to emerge alive, exterminating his enemy
in an covert operation.
In Close Quarter Shooting, the Spec
Op soldier has to learn CQB Shooting as a specialised subject. He has to learn to shoot without protracted aiming. He has
to learn to develop Precision in quick shooting. He has to learn comfort at the receiving end of fire. He has to learn to
return the enemy bullet with a reflex counter rather than scurrying for cover. He has to understand ricochets & minimize
collteral damage.
Multiple opponents may be
involved and he may have to use everything and anything as a weapon for killing.
The situation is not that of an tournament or
sport, and the goal is not to score. Kill or be killed is the ultimate outcome.
Traditional Martial arts & Law enforcement
Defensive tactics are not suitable for this purpose. Hence the researching began to compile useful principles
of various combat arts leading to founding of ACCS.
ACCS is now recognized as a Military Martial Art
all over the World, by all the the top notch International Martial Arts Bodies & Associations.

ACCS Close Quarter Tactics - eg 'Live Bullet Evasion' (See Pic)
-
The Defender stands in front of a fig 11 Target,
Attacker at 15m with weapon held down,
-
The attacker quickly raises his arm & shoots at the
defenders head.
-
The defender evades by ducking below waist,
by beating the speed of lift of attackers hand.
-
The bullet must penetrate
the head of the target for succesful exercise.

"People sleep peaceably in their beds at
night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf" - George Orwell
'As long as a man has two hands and two
feet, he will fight in the same way' - Lee
'Fight like animals, Punch with your fists,
kick with your feet, grab, throw, lock and grapple.Jab the eyes, claw the throat, use your head to crack the nose, stomp his
knees, slam his groin. attack him with all you got, with only one goal, to knock him senseless out of his wits. Rip his
heart out and show it to him. Hit him with your heart, head and soul.' - Old
fighting adage.
